Shipping policy

Items are shipped within 3-5 business days from date order is placed. Shipping includes tracking information on all packages, with the tracking number provided to you upon shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have left our studio, but we will assist in tracking or filing insurance claim for your items.
